We do not create and sell anything illegal or bootlegged. We guarantee the quality of our software and we receive numerous requests for creating programs
for US, European markets. At this time we are preparing for expansion and running contracts with businesses. Our approximate turnover is about
10,000-100,000 EUR a month and we plan to considerably increase it in the nearest future. We plan to conduct several deals per week
(depending on demand and stock availability).
3. How we ship the merchandise.
We give our customers an option to purchase the program online and download it directly from our site or order free shipping of a CD or DVD version of the
product. We currently work with several famous shipping carriers and delivery services like UPS, FedEx and others to provide fast and secure delivery
(insurance always applied).
4. How we transfer the money.
The most frequently used payment methods in Ukraine are cash and domestic wire transfers. Due to current expansion we will start accepting new forms of
payment: Cashier's checks, Money Orders, etc. It is possible that in the near future we will link our website to the payment processor to accept payments
by credit cards. We also plan to accept payments via Western Union and international wire transfers. Also receiving a payment to our Ukrainian bank account
from outside of the country takes 10-15 business days and this is too long for us. Unfortunately we do not have an opportunity to open corporate business
bank account in the European country, so we will need your assistance in receiving payments for our products and transferring money from European countries
to Ukraine.
5. What you do. Clear time. Fees.
You will accept funds coming as a payment for our goods as:
- payments to your bank account
After the funds are received and cleared you will forward them to our payment credentials minus the appropriate fees. You get your 8 BEFORE you forward
any money and AFTER it's in your hands (after all withdrawing charges). It means that if you withdraw and cash out 1000 euro you get 80 euro and send us
920 euro minus forwarding fees. You don't have to handle any shipping or market advertising. We understand that it takes certain time to cash the check and
withdraw funds from a bank account. Tavex Ukraine authorizes you to pay the fees at our expense (bank-to-bank transfer fees, Western Union fees,
wire fees etc).
6. How we resolve issues.
If something that was not initially planned and coordinated occurs we take all the appropriate measures to solve the problem. This means that both parties
work together on to resolve the issue.
7. Responsibilities.
We are responsible for:
- Selling the software and shipping it in time. We put our every effort to cut off all possible delays.
- Notifying you of upcoming deals including transfer amounts and payment methods.
- Paying the charges and your service fee.
You are responsible for:
- Forwarding the money in time.
- Keeping in touch and answering emails as soon as possible.
- Paying attention and expecting the incoming sales.
Both parties are responsible for:
- Solving the problems that may arise.
